On Tuesday 17th April, RM was out on a character appearance between 4.00 and 4.30pm in the plaza as George Jetson. At this point in time she audibly spoke in suit and did not leave another character alone when asked to.By her own admission RM did not follow the correct procedure as outlined in “The Secrets to Your Success†pg 34, ‘Canteen and Break Area’ stating
“You are on-stage every moment you are dealing with guests out in the parkâ€
RM has been fully trained.
RM’s actions are in clear breach of “The Secrets to Your Successâ€, pg 43 - 44 titled “Unacceptable Behaviours and Actionsâ€, points
2) Displaying any discourteous behaviour, arguing, using offensive language or any form of insubordination towards guests or park staff.
16) failure to abide by all policies, procedures and requirements of Australia’s Wonderland and/or individual Departments or Supervisors.

6) Horseplay or any other conduct or behaviour clearly inappropriate to the (safe
and proper) use and enjoyment of the Park facilities by Guests and Cast Members.
RM has been counselled by BW and understands that any other breach can lead to termination.
